Shipping, Returns & Billing Terms
Shipping and Handling
We ship all orders the same day if the order was placed before 3 p.m. central time Monday
through Friday and before 1pm on Saturdays.
We ship within all 50 states and all US territories.
We do not offer shipping outside of the US.
Services we offer:

● Priority ( 1-3 business days)
● Express Priority (1-2 days guaranteed)

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item on
the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unused, untampered in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or let
us know the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at glownestbeauty@gmail.com. If your return is
accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions on how and where to send
your package. Once the return is delivered to us, we will process the return within 1
business day. You will receive an email from us confirming your return. Please allow 3-5
business days for the return to show up on your bank statement.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and
make it right. If there is damage or an issue with the product we sent, we will send a prepaid
return label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items), and opened from the packaging of the product or used. Please get in
touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once
the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund too.
***If the product was damaged or had issues we will send a prepaid return label as well as
a full refund on the order including shipping.
***If the return is due to the customer, please be advised that you are responsible for
returning the package back to us and the original shipping from the total will be
compensated.

BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with our billing terms
and conditions, covering secure payment, price changes, accepted payment methods, and
more. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.
Secure Payment
● All payments made on our website are processed securely through encrypted third
party payment servers to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your financial
information.
● We offer afterpay, authorize.net, and clover as our payment servers.
● We do not store any sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers or bank
account information on our servers.
● We do not have any access to use, see or store your payment method.
● By making a purchase, you agree that you are the authorized account holder of the
payment method used and that all information provided is accurate.
Accepted Payments
● Credit cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, &
American Express.
● Debit Cards: We accept debit cards associated with major payment networks, such
as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Price Changes
● We reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice.
● Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed,
unless there are exceptional circumstances such as technical errors or fraudulent
activities.
● In the event of a price change after you have placed an order but before it has been
confirmed, we will notify you and give you the option to either accept the new price or
cancel your order.
● We do not charge taxes on our orders but we do charge a payment fee of 3% for
credit cards and debit cards, 6% fee on Afterpay. These charges go directly to our
payment servers for providing a seamless payment processing.
Order Confirmation
● After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the
details of your purchase.
● The order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it is simply a
confirmation that we have received your request.
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not
limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in
product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Personal Information
Your personal information provided during the billing process is subject to our Privacy
Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
● We reserve the right to update or modify these billing terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice.
● By continuing to use our website and services after any changes have been made,
you acknowledge and agree to the revised terms.
